Moderating Influence of the Legal and Regulatory Framework on Precursors of Sustainability of Donor Funded Projects in the Health Sector in Kenya

Purpose: The objective of the study was to find out moderating influence legal and regulatory framework on sustainability donor funded projects in health sector Kenya.
 Methodology: This used a mixed method research design where both quantitative qualitative data were collected, then analyzed, conclusions drawn. explanatory. target population 700 employees drawn from various stakeholders sector. adopted stratified, purposive, simple random sampling techniques select sample 230 respondents. questionnaires collect primary data. analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 27.
 Findings: findings revealed that has effect relationship between stakeholder engagement, resource mobilization, process execution & leadership practices Unique Contribution Theory, Policy, Practice: recommended Kenya should strengthen frameworks engagement health-related policies be reviewed re-designed support activities space if achieved. further recommends there is need tools would ensure are aligned achieve project sustainability.
